Shipping and Returns Policy


All our sales are final and returns are not accepted unless the product is damaged. On the rare occasion your product does arrive with any damage please email us with a photo (so we can claim compensation with the mail courier if necessary) and a description of the damage. We will get a new order out to you within 3 working days (stock dependent) or alternatively a full refund (including postage refund). 


Do you ship worldwide?

Not on but please head to and you can order from there.

Please note we do not currently ship to Germany due to not having the certification for the new packaging legislation.

Where are you based?
We are based in sunny Suffolk in the UK.

How much is shipping?
This is calculated for you at checkout and is dependent on the weight of the goodies in your basket. As a rough guide UK shipping starts at £1.20.

What shipping methods do you use?
All packages are sent via standard Royal Mail 2nd Class so you will not receive a tracking number.

I am in the UK and need my package like yesterday, can you spend Special / Next Day delivery?
Drop us an email at and we will do our best to get your parcel to you ASAP.  Remember to include details of what you want to order and the address it needs to go to for an accurate postage quote.

My package is lost or damaged what should I do?
Please allow 10 working days in the UK. More often than not your package will simply be held up somewhere. If there's no sign of it after these time periods please do email us and we will do our best to help. If your parcel arrives damaged please email us with a photo and description of the damage.
